Indigenous Resources - Indigenous Diabetes Health Circle

Return to Work Support

The Ontario Brain Injury Association (OBIA) is excited to announce a free program to help stroke survivors return to work safely. Over the next three years, OBIA will work with employers and employees to make process easier for those returning to their pre-stroke place of work. There is a self-assessment guide, and information about financial support. Find out more here.

Return to Work Toolkit

This toolkit includes a self-assessment guide focusing on individual recovery efforts. It provides information about one's ability or readiness to return to work.
