Standardized Stroke Orientation

The Champlain Regional Stroke Network team has developed a standardized stroke orientation for use across the continuum of care. This project was designed to ensure that evidence-based, best-practice stroke care is provided to patients across the Region.  Stroke-specific resources and tools will help guide clinical educators to build stroke care competencies and provide a foundation of stroke knowledge to nurses and allied healthcare professionals working in stroke care.

The modules were rolled out in 2022, and are available through each regional stroke care hospital's internal learning platform.
