Lunch & Learn sessions will include a brief overview of the items on the AlphaFIM instrument and discussion of practical examples to assist with clinical decision-making and scoring. Comprehensive AlphaFIM training is done through each hospital's internal e-learning system. All those attending a Lunch & Learn will be expected to have completed the module.These sessions are meant to supplement this training and allow credentialed clinicians the opportunity to ask questions.

The Lunch and Learns are designed for clinicians who:

• Work in a hospital within the Champlain Region
• Have completed their training via the e-learning module, and wish to confirm their knowledge prior to completing the credentialing exam
• Are credentialed assessors interested in furthering their knowledge or have questions regarding the administration of the instrument.

Sessions are not designed for administrators/managers wishing to learn more about the process of administering the AFIM instrument. If you have questions about the instrument and its use in stroke care, please feel free to reach out to us at educoord@crsn.ca
