Champlain Regional Stroke Best Practice team members Dana Guest PT and Kate Charbonneau OT will discuss the 2019 recommendations for balance and fall prevention.

By the end of the session participants will:

  • Demonstrate awareness of best practice recommendations related to balance and fall prevention
  • Be able to identify and describe recommended screening tools
  • Be able to identify recommended interventions for balance
  • Be able to identify strategies/ tools to assist in fall prevention
