Upon completion, participants will be able to:
- Identify and describe the specific roles and contributions (e.g., skills and tasks) of nurses in inpatient stroke rehabilitation units.
- Analyze how nurses’roles and contributions support and enhance stroke rehabilitation outcomes, while emphasizing the importance of their practice within interdisciplinary teams.
- Evaluate the factors influencing nurses’ working conditions (e.g., staffing, resources, organizational support) in stroke rehabilitation settings and their impact on care delivery.
