Join us for a session focused on the importance of stroke education and self-management. You’ll hear from a leading Canadian researcher, two stroke survivors, and After Stroke staff, who will introduce a new program launching in fall 2025.
Learn how understanding stroke and building self-management skills can support your recovery, reduce your risk of a second stroke, and improve overall well-being. It’s never too late to reconnect with the things that bring you joy and purpose.
This session will also be held on Zoom and include a Q&A, with a recording available.
