Smart Tips for Stroke Care is a new resource for PSWs and other healthcare providers working in the community and long term care environment.

The Champlain Community Post-Stroke Exercise Program has expanded to include in-person classes in Ottawa.  See the flyer for more information including locations and times. Virtual classes will continue.

The CRSN and March of Dimes Canada are partnering to launch in-hospital peer support in Champlain this Fall! Volunteers who are stroke survivors or caregivers of someone who has had a stroke are needed from the Ottawa, Cornwall, and Pembroke areas.
