The Ontario Caregiver Organization is excited to welcome Ron Beleno, an experienced family caregiver, who will discuss how the technologies and tools available today can support caregivers. With each caregiver facing unique challenges, it can be overwhelming to determine which technologies will provide the most benefit in improving the lives of both caregivers and the individuals they care for. Ron will simplify this process and offer insights on how to effectively invest in technology and tools that can better support caregivers.

Our speaker: Ron Beleno is an experienced family caregiver who cared for his late father with Alzheimer’s for over 10 years. He is an active advocate in the dementia, caregiving, aging, and research communities. Ron is affiliated with AGE-WELL, Canada's Technology and Aging Network, where he serves as the Co-Chair of their Older Adult and Caregiver Advisory Committee. As a leading advisor to government, healthcare organizations, researchers, and innovators, Ron educates and consults on technologies aimed at improving caregiving for all.
