In this webinar, we are joined by Stephanie Muskat, an acute care social worker and mental health practitioner, to talk about:
- Recognizing caregiver’s frustration and stressors in navigating the healthcare system
- Sharing real-life caregivers’ experiences and their practical solutions
- Resources and tools to ease navigation challenges
