A joint webinar is being held by Heart & Stroke and Canadian Partnership for Stroke Recovery, with a focus on virtual care in rehabilitation. Virtual care has become an essential part of healthcare delivery, seen especially during the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Speakers will discuss virtual care and rehabilitation from a more broad system level, through to clinical care delivery and available supporting tools. This webinar is for healthcare professionals, people with lived experience, care supporters, families and friends of people with lived experience.
